After a week teaching Digital Fashion during Ramadan at The British University Egypt in Cairo. Esmée and Dr. Sian Mooney have their first visit to SEKEM, the miracle in the desert, a bio organic farm created in 1977 by Dr Ibrahim Abouleish. Tarek Taman , Co-Founder of Organleaf, shows us around the Farm and the lovely  Garment Factory on its grounds.
